Jessica McCurdy Crooks is a former English Language teacher, librarian and records manager. She holds a BA in Library and Information Studies as well as advanced certificate in Records Management from the University of the West Indies. Because of her love of learning, she has earned certificates in Facilities Management, Website Design, Computer Networking and Computer Repairs.
She is the owner of Next Indexing and Editorial Services. Jessica has been indexing for over twenty-five years. She enjoys working with ESL (English as a Second Language) students as an editor.
Jessica loves to read and write and has written a children’s picture book, I Do Not Like Anything Green. She has a passion for travel, culture and storytelling, which she uses in writing gigs. Jessica has been published in LivFun, Fiery Foods Central, BookPleasures, and The Indexer. She is currently completing another picture book, which should be published in early 2026.
Jessica considers herself a bibliophile with a passion for records management. Her interest in information technology has led to her gaining a number of certificates in this area. She loves fixing PCs and learning about new technology.
