Substantive Editing for Fiction – Intermediate GROUP COURSE

(1 customer review)

In this course, you will learn not only what elements are required in an engaging novel, but why. For example, begin with action. Avoid author intrusion. Include meaningful subplots. Why? How?

This course will move past the basics of characterization and plot to look for ways to build on those foundations while avoiding common issues, including unlikeable protagonists, unsatisfying endings, and viewpoint slips.
